At Giftifyz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items like customized/personalized gifts, perishable products (chocolates, flowers), or clearance items are not eligible for return/refund.
2. Return Process

- Our team will guide you through the return steps.
- Once approved, please ship the product back to our return address (shared via email).
3. Refunds
- After inspection of the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a wrong or defective product sent by us.
4. Exchanges
- We allow exchange of items if you receive a defective or damaged product.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible (return policy will apply instead).
